Country-pop and actor songwriter Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the crew on One Tree Hill as Alex in its final three seasons. The first of Jana Kramer's country albums were featured in the One Tree Hill's episodes, helping to propel her debut album of 2012 into in the Top 20 in the Billboard 200. Thirty One from 2015 reached the top ten spot. In the final decade of her career, she made appearances at Dancing with the Stars. Released in 2021 was the self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, fell in love with the country genre. In the future, she was pursuing the career of a recording artist. Her first professional role was acting in the film Dead/Undead in 2002, when she was still a teenager. She appeared in guest spots in All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights during the second season of the series 2007-2008. Kramer went on to play Portia Ranson in 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009) and then was cast in One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until half way through its finale season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer was a character on One Tree Hill from 2009 to 2012. Kramer was signed a contract to sign an agreement with Elektra Records, and she debuted her contemporary country love track I Won't Give Up on a One Tree Hill 2011 episode. The track later appeared on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked it among the Top Five. Then Kramer focused her acting career on film and music. She starred in several films including Heart of the Country 2013 along with Country Crush 2016, which appealed directly to her fans. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One on Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet on Aerosmith made the album get even better reviews which saw it reach the top three spot at the top of the Billboard 200. Beginning in September 2016 her two month stint on 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended with a 4th place finish. The same year she was also a part of an adult contemporary smash with Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
